The Game Plan
Phase 1: Clarify Your Roadmap
We’ll start by understanding where you are today. We’ll explore what your executive team looks like, any systems that you have in place to create alignment, what’s working and what’s not working. Once we have an understanding of your current context, we’ll envision your desired future. Just like you’ll ask your executives to do at your offsites, you’ll have the opportunity to dream big and imagine what success could look like and the results that are within your reach.
Phase 2: Design Your Operating System
Together, we’ll craft a system that works for your business to drive a single vision, strategy, and set of goals forward. If you don’t have some of the components, we’ll talk about how to get those in place. If you have all of the elements, we’ll focus on building alignment around them, and an ongoing system of growth and improvement. You’ll leave with clarity and articulated plans on how to get your executive team in a regular cadence of elevated thinking and strategic focus.
Phase 3: Plan Your Next Offsite
Now the fun begins! We’ll design and plan your next executive offsite. We’ll leverage research-backed principles to ensure engagement and connection across the team, and we’ll make sure you have an agenda that drives toward your desired outcomes. We’ll discuss how to communicate to your team, where you might host the offsite, and how to strike the right balance of work and fun. You’ll leave confident and excited for the offsite ahead!
This program is led by Executive Coach, Lisa Rogoff. Lisa partners with CEOs to build and develop their executive teams, create alignment behind company vision and strategy, and develop “Best Places to Work” cultures. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of executive, leadership, and company offsites, and partners with CEOs to create gatherings that are attuned to the company’s culture and stage of maturity.

FAQs
Can I bring my co-founder or another partner in my business?
Absolutely. If you have a team member who will be partnering with you to design your offsites, please have them join. That said, I find that more than two people can prevent us from accomplishing our goals.
Do I need to have run an executive offsite before?
No! This Bootcamp will meet you where you are, so we can help think through how to communicate the value of an offsite, how to prepare your team and yourself, and any other details that might be new for you.
Will you facilitate the offsite?
This program does not include facilitation, but I’m happy to discuss if that would be beneficial for you and your team. I facilitate many executive offsites and company meetings, which allows the CEO and other executives to be fully present with the team instead of holding the agenda and driving the conversation.
What if we have an operating system already?
Fantastic! If it’s working perfectly, this probably isn’t the bootcamp for you. But if you’re looking to improve upon what you have or even just get more creative with how you run your offsites and operating processes, this bootcamp is for you.
